Many masculine nouns defining people form their feminine equivalent by adding the ending -ez. This often applies to job titles ending in -er or -our :
Skolaerez
studierez
sekretourez

Y3. Plural of nouns

Generally nouns defining people make their plural by adding -ed.
Paotred
plac'hed
but there are numerous exceptions.
Masculine nouns that define people and end in -er and -our add -erien or -ourien to form their plurals.
Studierien
sekretourien
labourerien
However, feminine nouns ending in -ez form their plurals by adding -ed.
Studierezed
sekretourezed
